Exploris Health AG is pleased to announce the addition of two highly experienced new members to its Board of Directors.
We are delighted to welcome Dr. Markus Dennler, who, following a successful career in finance and as an independent board member of several Swiss companies, also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Swissquote and Allianz Suisse. And Philipp Gutzwiller, who brings extensive experience as a member of the Board of Directors of Santhera Pharmaceuticals and from his previous roles at F. Hoffmann-La Roche, as well as his experience as a banker and advisor to clients in the life sciences industry across Europe and Japan at UBS, DC Advisory, Lloyds, and Mizuho.
